Orders can be placed on our website by following these steps:

• Browse and search for the items you want by using our easy product menus and search facility
  
  
• Select the desired items by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button
  
  
• A summary of the items you have selected will be shown under "My Basket" at the top right-hand side of the browsing screens
  
  
• Once you have selected all the items you would like to order proceed to the "My Basket" page in order to check and confirm your selection – a detailed listing of the products you have selected will be provided
  
  
• While on the "My Basket" page you can remove items from your shopping basket, change the quantity of each item ordered, or return to the browse and search facilities to continue adding items to your basket
  
  
• Once you are ready to finalise your order you can proceed from "My Basket" to the "Delivery Information" page
  
  
• Once you have completed the required delivery details you will be provided with a detailed quote, including delivery charges if applicable
  
  
• You may then proceed to the "Payment" page
  
  
• Once the payment has been processed you will then be sent an automated order confirmation e-mail - please check the details contained in the e-mail and let us know immediately if there are any errors or if you would like to make any changes
  
  
• You will be sent a further confirmation e-mail as soon as your parcel is despatched to you
