Payment is accepted either online by credit card or 'offline' by direct deposit (EFT) only.

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and have proceeded to the “Payment” screen you will be prompted to select your preferred method of payment.

The credit card types that we can accept are Mastercard and Visa.

Credit card payments are processed through the secure services offered by Virtual Card Services which is in turn certified by Thawte Security. See our Privacy & Security Policy for more detail on credit card security.

Your order will be processed as soon as the credit card transaction is approved.

We will be implementing Mastercard's "SecureCode" and Visa's "Verified by Visa" security system in the near future. This means that after confirming the credit card payment you will be directed to your credit card company's website and asked for your "SecureCode" or "Verified by Visa" password. This provides excellent protection against the unauthorised use of your credit card in online transactions and we highly recommend that you register for it. You can register through the bank that issued your credit card. The banks usually refer to these services as "Secure Internet Shopping".

Please note that we cannot accept debit card payments.

You may also pay via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or direct deposits into our bank account.

Your order will be processed as soon as receipt of the deposit is confirmed. Please use the order reference number as the 'beneficiary reference' for your deposit. This will allow us to link your payment to your order and get your parcel on its way to you without delay!

Please note that in the case of cheque deposits we will not be able to despatch your parcel until the cheque has cleared.
