Returns Policy
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If any products that you order from us are delivered to you faulty or damaged please let us know within two working days of delivery and we will replace them. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, and must be adequately re-packed to avoid possible additional damage.

If for any reason we donít have the returned product in stock we will offer you the choice of an alternative product of equivalent value, or a refund if you prefer.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

If for any reason the products that we deliver are not what you ordered please let us know within two working days of delivery and we will replace them with the correct products. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging and condition, and must be adequately re-packed to avoid possible damage.

If for any reason we donít have the correct product in stock we will offer you the choice of an alternative product of equivalent value, or a refund if you prefer.

PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED, OR DELIVERED LATE

If for any reason the products that you order are not delivered to the specified delivery address within 2 working days of the delivery date indicated on your order please let us know immediately. We will, in consultation with our courier partners, either resend, or request your patience while the parcel makes its way to you.

If, in the event that the products need to be resent, we donít have the required products in stock we will offer you the choice of an alternative product of equivalent value, or a refund if you prefer.

UNWANTED PRODUCTS

If you are unhappy with the products purchased for any reason other than them being damaged or faulty we will gladly exchange them for any other product we have in stock of an equivalent value. Exchanges can only be made if you inform us within 7 days of delivery. The costs of returning the products and the costs of delivering the replacement product will however be for your account. Products returned must be unopened and in their original packaging and condition, and must be adequately packaged to avoid possible damage.

Please note that an exchange will only be possible if we receive the returned product in mint condition. Refunds will not be made in the case of unwanted products.
